What is your return policy on used accessories?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unused and unopened accessories within 30 days of purchase. Grills that have been fired up are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Do your grills come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all grills sold at The BBQ King come with a full manufacturer warranty. Duration varies by brand, typically ranging from 2 to 10 years on major components like burners and cook boxes.
Do you offer assembly services?
We offer professional white-glove assembly services in select zip codes for an additional fee. You can check availability during the checkout process by entering your delivery address.
